Downton Dubai

Downtown Dubai

“The center of now” is known as the place where all the new, innovative, and catchy things happen. There is no yesterday or tomorrow there. Because Downtown Dubai is right in the middle of the city, all roads lead to it. The Business Bay, The Financial Center Road, The Dubai Mall, The Souk Al Bahar, and many more important business and leisure buildings are only a few meters away. It costs twenty billion dollars and can be used for both business and home plans. The Downtown Dubai also tries to surprise the world by having buildings like the world’s tallest skyscraper, the world’s biggest shopping mall, and the world’s tallest fountain break records that don’t make sense.

Burj Khalifa Tower

With an impressive 829.8 m height, the Burj Khalifa Tower stands as the world’s biggest man-made structure. It is the tallest building ever built. Every room on the 200th floor has a beautiful view of the city. However, if you want to experience more than what you see from your room, go to “The At the Top,” Burj Khalifa SKY lounge. There, you will be shown to one of the two viewing decks on the 148th or 125th floors. From 555 meters and 456 meters above the ground, the view is so beautiful that it’s hard not to be moved. Anyone who wants to take a vacation in Downtown Dubai can rent a vacation apartment here, since 160 of the 200 floors can be lived in. The Armani Residency Hotel, which has 160 rooms and was built by Giorgio Armani himself, is one of the most important parts of the Burj Khalifa Tower.

Apartments in Downtown Dubai

Are you looking for places to rent in The Downtown Dubai? You can choose which 19 apartment towers to use. The best thing about this is that there is always a good choice for you, no matter what your tastes are. You can choose from a cozy one-bedroom apartment to a luxury penthouse. Also, enjoy the great amenities like private parks, swimming pools, newly renovated gyms, barbecue areas, and more. Instead, you might find “modest” vacation rentals in Downtown Dubai in the Old Town, away from the bigger buildings. Anyway, you can still find fancy and trendy homes here that have a touch of old Arab style to them.

The Dubai Mall and the FOUNTAINS Show

The Dubai Mall is where all the fun things to do in Downtown Dubai happen. It’s like a little world where time never stops. The world’s biggest shopping center is here. The Dubai Mall is more than just a place to shop; it’s a way of life. It has 1200 stores, 160 restaurants, and bars. There are a lot of things to do in Dubai all under one roof, including the Dubai Fountains, the Dubai Ice Rink, the Reel Cinemas, the Candylicious candy shop, the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, and more. The singing and dancing to hits like “Time to Say Goodbye” happen at the world’s largest fountain, which shoots water up to 150 meters high.

The Address Hotels

It would be strange if The Downtown Dubai didn’t have an Address hotel. The Address Downtown Dubai is a little farther south of the city center than The Address Dubai Mall. The Address Dubai Mall is in a more tourist-friendly spot—it’s right in the middle of Downtown and connected to the Mall. Guests can always walk right up to the red carpet and choose one of the 244 specialty rooms or suites. On top of that, the hotel has a variety of restaurants and bars, lounges, spas, and other services for guests. Soon, the two towers of The Address Residence Sky View will be turned over. They are connected by a “Sky Deck” that has a pool, a bar, and a restaurant outside.

Boulevard Muhammed Bin Rashid

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, which is called after the ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, goes around all of the above list of world records. The Boulevard is in the middle of Downtown Dubai and is about 3.5 km long. The path goes around the Burj Khalifa Tower, the Dubai Mall, The Fountains, The Souk Al Bahar, The Park, The Burj Khalifa Lake, and more. It’s shaped like a palm tree. There are restaurants and cafes along the whole road so that people strolling through Downtown Dubai can stop and eat or drink something. About 1.5 million people visit the Boulevard every year to see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve and to enjoy events like the Downtown Dubai National Day Parade and the Emirates Classic Car Festival.

Downtown Nightlife Style

The Fountains at The Dubai Mall may be the first thing on your list of things you have to see in Dubai. There are three chances a day to see this amazing miracle, but the night show is the best. You don’t notice what’s going on around you because of the lights, music, and water show. People like to eat and drink at places like The Café Habana, Shakespeare and Co., Royal Orchid, and Al Hamidieh Restaurant. The next type is the classic shisha bar, where you can smoke a shisha pipe with a wide range of flavors. But if you want to dance all night, there are lots of clubs and bars right on the beach. That means that Downtown Dubai can be even busier at night than during the day.
